Build the conditions for consistent UX.

I define experience strategy, navigation, templates, components, and content models that scale across digital products and properties—and enable the people who maintain them.

THE CHALLENGE

Consistency across tens of thousands of pages.

I drove UX and information-architecture strategy for a Sitecore migration spanning tens of thousands of pages and dozens of components. The work connected platform decisions to information structure, reusable experience patterns, and the teams responsible for maintaining the site.

That required more than designing components. Editors needed clear standards, documentation, and training to apply the system in day-to-day publishing.

THE CONNECTED SYSTEM
01

Set the experience architecture

Define navigation, templates, page components, and content models that can scale across digital products and properties.

02

Build a usable component system

Author 50+ component-library pages documenting use cases and build processes, alongside UX and component standards.

03

Support migration and governance

Guide UX and IA decisions for Sitecore migration across tens of thousands of pages and dozens of components; establish standards and governance resources adopted across the organization.

04

Enable the people using it

Create CMS training guides and deliver online training to groups of up to 45, supporting editors and content teams at scale.

PLATFORM EXPERIENCE

Architecture across a real enterprise stack.

My CMS and platform work spans Sitecore, SiteExecutive, WordPress, SharePoint, and proprietary applications. The system includes templates and components, content models, governance guidance, editor training, and production collaboration.
