JOHNS HOPKINS MEDICINE

UX architecture across a large digital ecosystem.

As the sole UX Architect supporting Marketing & Communications, I lead strategy and experience architecture across consumer-facing and internal platforms. My work spans patient, student, and medical professional audiences, along with the editors and production teams who maintain the experience.

I lead Voice of the Customer research, using site surveys, user testing, data-visualization tools, and Google Analytics. I translate that research and analytics into recommendations, requirements, and design decisions that inform product direction.

My platform work includes UX and information-architecture strategy for a Sitecore migration spanning tens of thousands of pages and dozens of components. I define experience strategy, navigation, templates, components, and content models; establish UX and component standards; and build organizational capability through documentation, training, and enablement.
