I’m a UX Architect / UX Strategist with 13+ years of experience across research, information architecture, functional design, accessibility, CMS architecture, documentation, and digital production.

At Johns Hopkins Medicine, I’m the sole UX Architect on the Marketing & Communications team and lead Voice of the Customer research.

My role combines hands-on architecture with cross-functional leadership: translating research and complex platform needs into decisions, standards, and implementation guidance.
